PRESENTATION OF CANDIDATES

We present a select group of qualified candidates for on-site interview. Every effort is made to promote and incorporate diversity in our candidate field; however, only qualified candidates are presented. Individual interview summaries and original candidate resumes are submitted for your review. We discuss each candidate with you in detail to ensure a proper fit. Candidates are normally presented within six to eight weeks from the start date of the assignment.

DIRECT CONTACT RECRUITMENT

We begin recruiting immediately upon completion of the candidate profile.  We promote the position and generate interest in the opportunity using direct contact by telephone and email. We consult key leaders in the discipline and contact established administrators in the field, nationwide if necessary, to identify potential candidates who meet your specifications. We focus on those who have the knowledge, skills and experience to achieve the goals established for the position. Our commitment to diversity in the workplace is present throughout this phase. We provide weekly updates on progress and active candidates. Direct recruitment continues until the position is filled.

We speak with principal administrators, physician stakeholders and peer-level leadership to interpret organizational goals, strategic initiatives and prevailing culture. We determine primary objectives and expectations for the position, as well as identify qualifications and attributes desired in final candidates.
